- Todas las órdenes de compra serán registradas y se despacharán por el mismo orden al efectuar el envío. - Bid orders will be processed in the order received and lots purchased through bid orders will be dispatched in the same order.
- El comprador abonará un 20% de comisión sobre el precio de adjudicación, impuestos incluidos. Las operaciones se realizarán de acuerdo con el régimen especial de objetos de colección y el IVA estará incluido en el precio total. - The buyer will pay 20% commission, inclusive of taxes, applied to the hammer price. Transactions will be subject to the legislation governing the sale of collectibles and Sales Tax (IVA) will be included in the final price.
- Los lotes se adjudicarán al mejor postor, a igualdad de puja, tiene preferencia la orden. - Lots will be awarded to the highest bidder; in the event of equal high bids, bid orders received prior to the auction will take preference.
- Siempre que no se convenga lo contrario, los envíos se realizarán por correo certificado contra reembolso, los de volumen o peso, por Agencia, cargándose los gastos de envío y seguro al comprador. - Except when not convenient, lots will be sent by Registered mail, and bulky lots will be sent by Courier Service, with all associated costs and insurance to be borne by the buyer.
- Las descripciones del presente Catálogo, quedan garantizadas en su estado y autenticidad. - We guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of the descriptions of the lots in this catalogue.
- Todo sello que presente algún defecto no descrito en el Catálogo, podrá ser devuelto en el plazo de 3 días después de su recepción, por los Sres. no asistentes en Sala. - For absentee bidders only, any single item lot with defects not described in this catalogue may be returned within 3 days of reception. For lots (including single items) sold “libre” (unreserved) or which include “examinar” (examine before bidding) in the description, no returns will be permitted. - En los lotes (incluso piezas) con salida libre o que incluya el concepto examinar, no se admitirán reclamaciones ni devoluciones. - In the lots (even pieces) with 'free' in reserve price or that includes the concept to examine, claims nor returns will not be admitted.
- En los lotes adjudicados en sala no se admitirán devoluciones, por lo que rogamos el máximo interés en examinar los lotes antes de la Subasta. - Lots sold to room bidders may not be returned under any circumstances, and so we recommend close inspection of the lots prior to the Auction.
- Todo comprador acepta las cláusulas en el presente Catálogo. - All buyers must accept the conditions set out in this Catalogue.
- La Sociedad se reserva el derecho de admisión en la Subasta y de rechazar a su criterio cualquier orden de compra. - The Company reserves the right of admission to the Auction and to reject at its discretion any bid orders received
- Cualquier caso de litigio, será sometido a los Tribunales de Barcelona. - Any legal dispute arising from transactions in this Auction will be presented at the Courts of Barcelona.
